It started when some advertising agency pros met for margaritas one night, at the urging of a close friend, mostly to figure out how to make their agency better.
It may have been the bartender (we like to talk to bartenders) who quickly suggested what our friend had said earlier: maybe it's time to start something new. And better.
We knew who we were and the clients we'd like to work with. Just as important: we knew who didn't want to be.
So we found a little corner office and some exceptional people and started making our hive.
In spite of a tumultuous year, Atomic Honey remained selective about our client partnerships, taking the time to build strong relationships and sound strategies that exceeded client goals.
The agency's work helped our clients sharpen their images and brand voices while increasing sales.
Atomic Honey quickly outgrew its small office and moved into a much larger headquarters in Historic Eastern Market, Detroit.
Atomic Honey made moves.
We busted our asses, and did some amazing work – really amazing and effective work for our clients.
But only because we busted our asses. And we never stopped. (We're looking at you, Amanda, Alyssa, Sjonne', Carl, Jackie and Angelica... and everyone else in our dedicated and devoted little agency family.)
Atomic Honey continues to grow our ranks and depth. Atomic has signed new, high profile clients while helping our current partners launch some MAJOR initiatives (to much fanfare and sales... whoop!).
We've doubled our space to accommodate our growing team and their needs, for a vibrant environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
We also continue to foster an amazing agency culture with exceptional and diverse humans – thanks in part to our inclusive and accepting clients (also humans), who are the reason we're buzzing so loudly today.
